What We Offer
Our programs are designed in a way that allows for multifaceted growth and involvement. The overlapping relationship of skills training and development, education, mentorship and community service provides a cohesive transitional opportunity for growth and advancement. Members will engage in trainings and workshops regularly to learn and practice skills in a controlled and supportive environment. Within their training they will receive mentorship by staff, volunteers and partners to guide them through their skills as well as life challenges that may present along the way. Mentors will receive training and support to ensure they are equipped to encourage and assist members in life and towards their goals. Additionally Members will have ample opportunities to display their skills and get lived experience by servicing the community through outreach and community resource involvement.
